Hi.  If your enquiry is about an Astrology chart or report, or about the Fertility report, please make sure that you enter your Birthdate, Birth Place, and Birth Time (as close as you can get) in the "questions and Comments" box.  If you don't know your birth time accurately, enquire of your parent or someone who would know, give them memory joggers with questions such as: was it around a meal time, was it daylight or night time at the beginning or end of the day, etc.  Was there anyone else at the birth, did they have to come from work or get out of bed?   These sorts of questions are very helpful, you would be surprised at how many people discover they do remember things.
